5 stories house washing in Hellertown PA

This project was for washing one single wall, however it was 5 stories high! This homeowner located in Hellertown PA, was notified by his HOA that his townhome’s side wall(corner one) needed to be washed within 30 days from the day he received the notice. After calling a few companies (some of them didn’t answer his calls or called him back) he called us and we answered the phone, We were able to quote it verbally via phone and followed up with a detailed estimate via email. Needless to say, he chose to work with us on his project!

We made accommodations to have his project done asap to give time for his HOA to re-inspect the wall. We, as customary, arrived on time, applied our house washing cleaning solution to dissolve all the algae, mold and mildew from the wall then we thoroughly rinsed it all off. We were able to soft wash this wall all from the ground without using any ladders or lifts regardless of its height. In less than one hour, we had this wall sparkling clean, a happy customer and a satisfied HOA!
