Flagstone patio cleaning in Northampton PA

Another homeowner located in Northampton PA needed her home siding and patio soft washed. After a phone call we assessed her home and patio remotely and provided her with a fair estimate via email and she immediately accepted, we then contacted her to schedule the date for the service.

We arrived on time, met with her and explained to the homeowner in simple terms our process, time frame for completion and what to expect for results.

The home hadn’t been professionally washed in decades, we proceeded to spray our soft wash soap onto the aluminum siding and the flagstone patio, dwell timing differs between the siding and the flagstone patio so we rinsed the siding, reapplied our soap to the patio to make sure all the black mold would be removed, we do NOT pressure wash flagstone due to its composition (layered) so it is very important to use the proper method to ensure that no damage will occur.

After to applications of our soap, the flagstone cleaned beautifully and after rinsing the patio, the flagstone colors were back! Another home wash and patio cleaning well done and an extremely happy homeowner!
