Townhome Soft Wash in Easton, PA

We received a phone call from a local property management company in January requesting a quote to wash a half-double home (end unit) that hadn’t apparently been washed in decades, the mildew was all over the siding, window frames, gutters and peaks. We accessed the property and came up with a fair and reasonable quote, the property manager accepted the quote in a couple of days and we scheduled it. We arrived on time, prepared our soft wash cleaning solution, we started applying it making sure all areas were covered, we had to reapply our cleaning solution a few times due to the accumulation of mildew and mold, we soft washed the siding and pressure washed the concrete walkway. It was all cleaned and it exceeded the property manager’s and the home owner’s expectations! We have had several other jobs scheduled with the same Property management company and will continue our partnership.
